"I went into Cycle Gear in Schaumburg to shop riding jackets. I ended up buying a great summer jacket by Reax which I wouldn’t have looked at if it weren’t for one of the employees- Jack. I was also interested in a better helmet but not serious about buying one. Jack helped me with trying on and offering advice on specs with some of the higher quality helmets... I walked out with an Arai helmet too. Great experience!"
